KLE Jagadguru Tontadarya College

KLE Society's Jagadguru Tontadarya College — widely called JT College — operates from the KLE campus at Hatalageri Naka in Gadag-Betageri. NAAC A accreditation with a CGPA of 3.05 in the third cycle places it among the top-rated degree colleges in the Gadag-Dharwad corridor.

Five undergraduate programmes anchor the academics: BA, BCom, BBA, BSc and BCA. Affiliation to Karnatak University, Dharwad, governs the syllabus and examination calendar. The KLE Society network — encompassing over 270 institutions — provides shared placement drives, faculty development and infrastructure support that standalone colleges typically lack.

Gadag's location at the junction of NH 67 and SH 57 draws students from Gadag, Ron, Mundargi, Nargund and parts of Koppal and Haveri districts. The college has maintained a consistent focus on rural higher education since 1985.
