About Anjuman Arts Science Commerce College
Anjuman Arts Science Commerce College occupies a 16-acre campus in Vijayapura, established in 1972 as a minority institution serving the educational needs of northern Karnataka. The college is affiliated to Rani Channamma University, Belagavi, and holds UGC recognition under 2(f) and 12(B).
Academic programmes span three streams. BA covers Urdu, Kannada, English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Economics and Sociology. BSc runs through Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Computer Science, Botany and Zoology. BCom serves the commerce track. The NAAC-accredited institution maintains well-equipped laboratories and a central library stocked for both undergraduate coursework and competitive exam preparation.
Vijayapura's historical significance as the seat of the Adil Shahi dynasty gives the college a distinctive cultural setting. A men's hostel accommodates students from Bagalkot, Raichur and Kalaburagi districts who commute to the campus.
