Shri BM Patil Medical College

Shri B M Patil Medical College Hospital and Research Centre in Vijayapura is managed by the BLDE Association, founded in 1910, and has been a constituent college of BLDE (Deemed to be University) since 2008. The medical college itself began in 1986. It lists MBBS with 150 seats, MD and MS courses in 21 disciplines, an M.Ch in urology, PhD programmes in 14 disciplines, and fellowship, diploma and certificate courses.
