Krupanidhi Degree College, established in 2001 in the Carmelaram locality of south-east Bengaluru near Sarjapur Road, is part of the Krupanidhi Group of Institutions. The group also operates Krupanidhi College of Pharmacy (established 1997), Krupanidhi School of Management, and Krupanidhi PU College. The degree college is affiliated to Bangalore University and holds NAAC accreditation with an A grade.

The college offers undergraduate programmes including BCom, BBA, BCA, BA, and BSc across its 11-acre campus. BCom is available in multiple specialisations including regular, Professional Accounting, Computer Applications, and Taxation streams. BBA covers core management subjects with elective tracks in Marketing, Finance, and Human Resource Management. BCA students study programming languages including C, C++, Java, and Python alongside data structures and database management through the Bangalore University curriculum.

The Carmelaram campus is located along the Sarjapur Road corridor, approximately 4 kilometres from HSR Layout, providing access to south-east Bengaluru's growing IT employment zone where companies including Accenture, Wipro, and numerous startups operate within a 10-kilometre radius. Campus infrastructure includes a library with journal subscriptions, computing labs, a sports ground, an auditorium, and hostel accommodation for students from outside Bengaluru.

The placement cell connects graduates with employers in IT services, banking, accounting, and retail sectors through annual campus recruitment drives. The Krupanidhi Group's pharmacy college being AICTE-approved and well-established lends institutional recognition to the broader group. Admissions are based on II PUC marks and processed through direct applications. The institution offers scholarship schemes for academically meritorious students and those from economically weaker backgrounds.
