About College of Agriculture Sirsi
College of Agriculture Sirsi is a government college under the University of Agricultural Sciences Dharwad, established in 1999. Located in Sirsi, the heart of Uttara Kannada district, the college specialises in plantation crops, spices, and areca cultivation relevant to the Western Ghats region. Students get field training in areca, cardamom, pepper, and vanilla cultivation. The college has experimental plots covering major Uttara Kannada crops and connects students with the district's farming community through extension activities. KCET is required for admission.
