About Sindhi College Bangalore
Sindhi College, situated near Hebbal in north Bengaluru, was established in 2002 and is affiliated to Bengaluru City University (formerly Bangalore University, before the 2022 bifurcation). The college was founded by the Sindhi community and holds NAAC accreditation with a B++ grade, reflecting its position among the better-rated private colleges in the city.
The college offers BCom, BBA, and BCA as its primary undergraduate programmes. BCom is available in regular and specialised streams including BCom with Computer Applications, BCom with Professional Accounting, and BCom with Travel and Tourism. The BBA programme provides a general management foundation across six semesters, while BCA covers programming, database systems, networking, and web development following the university's prescribed curriculum structure.
Located on Hebbal Kempapura Main Road, the campus is approximately 1.5 kilometres from Hebbal flyover and within 3 kilometres of Manyata Tech Park, a location that provides proximity to one of Bengaluru's major technology employment corridors for student internships and part-time work opportunities. Campus facilities include air-conditioned classrooms, a computer centre with internet access, a library, seminar hall, and canteen serving students throughout the day.
The college conducts placement drives through its training and placement cell, with recruiters from BFSI (banking, financial services, and insurance), IT support, and business process management sectors participating in annual campus hiring. Admissions follow II PUC results, with applications processed on a merit-cum-management basis. The institution's fee structure and north Bengaluru location make it accessible for students from Hebbal, Yelahanka, Jakkur, and surrounding residential areas seeking commerce and management education close to home.
