Government PU College Bagalkot serves the Bagalkot district headquarters in North Karnataka, a city near the ancient Chalukya capital of Badami and the Pattadakal UNESCO monuments. Bagalkot is also the site of the Almatti Dam on the Krishna river. The college offers all three streams at government rates.
