Garden City University (GCU) is a private university in Bengaluru, Karnataka, recognised by UGC and accredited by NAAC with an A grade. Founded in 1992 as Garden City College by Dr. Joseph V.G., the institution was granted university status by the Government of Karnataka in 2013. The university's hotel management programmes are offered through its School of Hospitality and Tourism.

The flagship hospitality programme is the four-year Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM), with an annual fee of approximately Rs 4,45,000. The BHM curriculum covers food production, food and beverage service, front office operations, housekeeping management, nutrition and food science, and hospitality marketing. A mandatory six-month industrial internship is integrated into the programme, providing students with hands-on experience at hotels, resorts, and hospitality enterprises.

GCU's 52-acre campus on Old Madras Road (16th KM, Virgonagar, K.R. Puram) houses over 5,000 students across 89+ programmes spanning engineering, management, sciences, arts, commerce, and hospitality. The university ranked in the 151-200 band in NIRF 2024. Hospitality students have access to training kitchens, a model restaurant, housekeeping labs, and a front office simulation room.
