How We Help You Get Admitted — Our 4-Step Process

From your first call to your admission letter — here is exactly how CollegesInfo Admissions works with you. Transparent, honest, free. L K Monu Borkala, Bangalore · Gunasheela, Mangalore. Last updated: May 2026.

✅ Our Core Commitment

We do not charge students or parents any counselling or processing fee at any stage. Our service is funded through institutional tie-ups with colleges (CIN: U72100KA2009PTC048911 — OneCity Technologies Pvt Ltd). You pay fees directly to your admitted college — never to us.

Step 1 — Free Counselling Call (Day 1)

Call or WhatsApp +916363330233. Our counsellor asks about your NEET-UG 2026 score and rank (for MBBS/BDS) or 12th marks (for Nursing, BPT, B.Pharma), category (General/SC/ST/OBC/EWS), preferred Karnataka city or cities, total course fee budget, and any specific college preferences or concerns. This call is completely free and carries no commitment.

Step 2 — College Shortlist Within 24 Hours

Based on your profile, we search our database of 1,743+ verified Karnataka colleges and prepare a personalised shortlist of 3–5 realistic options. For each college we share: exact management quota or state quota fee structure (current year where available), NEET cutoff data from previous years, accreditation status (NAAC, NMC, INC as applicable), hostel availability and fees, and RGUHS vs deemed university status — which affects Karnataka government job eligibility.

Step 3 — Application and Documentation

Once you shortlist a preferred college, we assist with a personalised document checklist, KEA portal registration and option-filling for state quota admissions, coordinating directly with the college's admission office for management quota or NRI quota seats, and helping you understand the fee payment schedule and bank education loan process.

Important: All fee payments must be made directly to the college via official channels (DD, bank transfer to college account). We never ask you to pay any amount to us.

Step 4 — Admission Confirmed

We follow up with the college until your provisional admission order or KEA allotment letter is in hand. After confirmation, we assist with hostel enquiries, education loan referrals, and any follow-up questions during the first semester.

About Our Process

No. Completely free for students and parents — funded by college institutional tie-ups. You pay fees only to your admitted college through official channels.

2–3 days to 2 weeks depending on college and timing. Earlier in the admission season (June–August for MBBS) means more seat options. We coordinate immediately once you decide on a college.

No. No honest counsellor can guarantee a specific seat — admission depends on NEET rank, availability and category. Be cautious of consultancies that guarantee seats in exchange for large upfront payments — a common fraud pattern.

NEET scorecard and rank letter; 10th and 12th mark sheets; Transfer Certificate; Karnataka domicile certificate (state quota); Category certificate if applicable; Aadhaar; passport photos; income certificate. We provide a personalised document checklist during Step 3.

Yes — Bangalore, Mangalore, Mysuru, Hubli-Dharwad, Hassan, Shimoga and Belagavi. Our database covers 1,743+ colleges across all Karnataka districts. For KEA state quota, we guide through the portal process for any college.

State quota: 85% of private college seats + 50% of government seats, allocated by KEA based on NEET rank, lower fees, requires Karnataka domicile. Management quota: 15% of private college seats, filled directly by college, higher fees (₹55L–₹1Cr for MBBS), accessible with lower NEET (200+ minimum), no domicile requirement. We guide through both.
